To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your appointment with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your appointment. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest. All appointments are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


First time guest, please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications).


You may undress to your level of comfort, but State Law requires the use of draping. You will be properly draped at all times.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, please call us. A 24-hour advance notice is required for any multiple treatments or booking more than two guests. There will be a $25 charge for appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.


We accept guests of all ages, however, any guest under the age of 18 will require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the session.

Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards

Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Gift Cards. Our gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to a credit.

There will be a $35.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.

Massage Package Series

We offer massage package series for clients that need to come in often. Payment can be in full or you may pay 1/2 of the package for the first three massages but it has to be paid in full by the completion of the third massage. Packages expire in a year.

Please let us know if your massage is covered by insurance or Doctor prescribed prior to your session. Payment must be made at the time services are rendered.
